Tim, a Pacific Northwest native, is a seasoned Chef and Health Coach with a passion for health and nutrition. His culinary journey began in high school, leading to formal training at Lane Community College’s Culinary School. Alongside his kitchen career, Tim’s self-directed nutrition research revealed its benefits for energy, cognition, and longevity. Despite a neurological condition, his research and self-experimentation helped manage inflammation and stress, transforming his life.
Certified by the Nutritional Coaching Institute in Nutrition, Gut Health, and more, Tim, with his wife Sara, is launching a mission to empower others with sustainable health practices. With over 20 years of guiding healthier lifestyles, Tim blends culinary expertise and nutritional insight to inspire transformative, balanced living.
Sara Duncan

Sara, an Oregon-born registered nurse with a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from the University of Portland, brings over a decade of acute care experience to her role as a health coach. Her hospital work revealed how poor health choices lead to chronic illness and reduced quality of life, inspiring her to focus on preventative health coaching, where she empowers clients with education on acute and chronic conditions for lasting wellness.
Having overcome anxiety, postpartum depression, post-baby weight loss, and the demands of nursing and motherhood, Sara excels at addressing health challenges with data-driven, holistic solutions. Her compassionate, evidence-based guidance, trusted by colleagues and loved ones, helps clients balance stress, self-care, nutrition, and fitness to manage conditions and achieve optimal health.
